Survey Request are used assign specific tasks to surveyors and project managers. After a project has been created and background images (example: floor plans) have been uploaded, a survey request can be issued. Requests include written details about the survey but can also include upload files to provide additional clarification or documentation.



Step 1

Click "Survey Requests" in the left hand menu to see all the requests you have access to.


Step 2


Click "New Survey Requests" to add a new request. Then click "Save".

Step 3 


Update the required information. Then click "Save".



Project - Pick from the list of projects you have created. You must have a project created to create a survey request.

Plan Group - Pick the Plan Group from your project

Plan - You can select a specific plan or all depending on your needs.

Assigned To - The surveyor that the request is assigned to.

Due By - They date the project must be completed.

Scheduled Date - When the survey is scheduled to take place

Current Status - The status of the project. Example New Request, Clarification Needed, or Completed

Job Address - Address where the survey is to be conducted

Access Times - When the location will be accessible 

Customer Contact Name -  Customer main point of contact

Customer Contact Phone - Phone number of the customers main point of contact

Project Manger - Companies project manager assigned to the survey

Sales Person - Company contact who closed the customer

Hours Estimated - How long it is estimated for the survey to take

Actual Hours - How long the survey actually took
